Can we give the arguing a rest now chaps ... forgive and forget and all that. Life's too short and with everything else going on in the world let's not sweat the small stuff :okay:

So, back on to helping @bobinski lose more weight ... maybe swill the Dulcolax down with prune juice? 💩

bran flakes for the win. A week of them is an easy 1 kilo loss.

There's no need to start an assault about messing around in the past. I suppose David Millar was a right laugh to you when he started his anti doping campaign. 😂

Again, I’m not starting an “assault”. Just stating the fact there is a massive amount of irony in a weight doper talking about weight loss. David millar was cheating though wasn’t he rather than running an “experiment” like you?

whorty I’ll call things out as I see them. If you want to brush things under the carpet that’s up to you. Maybe don’t go in about sandbagging so much if you don’t have a problem with people cheating.

Mr.serious we've all played around in Zwift. I'm sure a few have been DQ'd for taking a risk on catagoreys when they're on a fine line between the two. Then there's cheap trainers over reporting by 20watts. The list goes on. You just had to upset the harmony but nevermind that's life.

Calling something out once against a fellow member is one thing, starting a hoo-har on the forum isn't good for the place. Let's try to keep the forum friendly.

As for sandbagging, that's different to cheating. Sandbagging is being in a cat and pushing too many watts for that cat. Cheating (e.g. weight doping) is fine by me so long as the rider is still only pushing the correct/within cat limit w/kg for that cat. I couldn't care less if I'm racing against someone who claims to be 75 kg but in real life they are 100 kg so long as the w/kg is at C limits ... I do get annoyed though when a B or A racer, pushing 4 w/kg is racing in C.

Milzy I don’t know what any of that has got to do with weight doping but carry on 👍. I’m not being put in a position where I’m the party pooper for saying I can’t take what you say seriously because you’re a proven cheat. Nothing more, nothing less.

Get a grip, it wasn't kiss super leugue. It was on the level of cheating at Monopoly with the family at Christmas. You're painting me out to be Lance Armstrong and I'm not having it. The last race was done in mainly zone 2. You're making a fun back water Zwift leugue out to be the Festina affair.

Carl, isn’t sandbagging when you drop into a lower cat and smash it up ruining it for everyone by riding to the cat limit knowing you can ride beyond that cat limit. That’s my understanding and borne out by a quick look elsewhere. So a B riding in C. ( not an “almost B” 😀) It’s cheating.
Weight doping is also cheating irrespective of whether they stay within cat limits or not coz it affects a race outcome.
I think it’s all fairly straightforward.

i spent god knows how much on a neo to make racing fairer for me , not to try playing around with zwift to get best results
i do remember the race where there was a poorly timed experiment and doubt if i will ever consider it just playing i just decide not to take much for granted
as for weight and w/kg thing i am currently on blood thinners after an episode and i used to struggle to gain weight anyway but now i can't . i am losing weight and not a lot i can do about it , i am lucky enough not to have lost much power at minute so can keep wkg fairly high . i currently weigh 9.10 st . i havent changed weight in zwift cos i cant be bothered
if people want to cheat - let them - just say fick it and try to ignore them

and no it wasnt the tdf - it was our league - the only league i am good enough to enter

I am not gonna accuse anybody about cheating in here but i will say who do that they shoot the bullet their own legs. That bullet wound start to hurt when you do irl rides and realize i am not that good after all what i was on Zwift. But it's also true and a fact what @Milzy said some trainer are not so accuracy about power readings. It's hard to point finger with anyone and say you are cheating if the gain comes to inaccurate trainer. Better remember that Zwift doesn't need a speed sensor, Zwift calculate speed from the power. Innacurate and uncalibrated power meter can give good advance.

And as much as I regret peeing around as I thought I'd never come back. I hardly even had to press the pedals.

What have I said that implies I need to get a grip?

Do you think constantly attacking me is changing anything?

Just for the record... I’m not angry, I’m not ‘salty’, I am not bitter etc etc etc... and my grip is reasonably strong on a good day.

All I have said is that you are a proven weight cheat and I find you talking about weight loss very ironic. And me, along with lots of the other guys in B. Don’t take your results seriously as a result of it. None of that is my fault I’m afraid.

I’m not trying to cause drama here and I resent the suggestion that I am. It just is what it is. Ive not said it’s a capital crime or you should be taken out and shot... I’ve just said you’re a cheat. Simple really?
