i suppose two things come to mind. Firstly it’s not really sustainable long term is it? As in you can’t live off of fruit and muesli alone and maintain a healthy diet I don’t think.

Secondly milzy, and I hope you don’t take this too personally...But from memory you’re the only person on this forum who has ever been caught weight doping. So I find it quite hard to take anything you say about your weight seriously.

One of the good things coming out of this lockdown is more people eating better, fewer takeaways have been open, although starting to open back up, and more people at home cooking fresh and raw foods. All things we've probably done for a good while.

One of my son's is boredom eating most evenings, but this generally translates to freshly made scrambled eggs.

Milky, well done but did you drink anything other than that coffee? I am not eating much more than usual and what I do eat is good quality. However at my heaviest I can weigh nearly 2 kilos more depending on time of day and , crucially, how much I have drunk. Endless cups of tea and coffee as well as vitamin c tabs etc mean I am certainly holding a lot more fluids than usual. And body fluids often represents the greatest part of initial weight loss.
Have you updated your new heavier weight on Zwift? :reading:

I do take that personally actually, I wasn't caught, openly admitted it for experimental purposes. You've obviously woken up on the wrong side of the bed you salty individual.

This is very true. Our village Chinese takeaway closed down 6 weeks or so ago; we'd probably have one every 2-3 weeks, so that's quite a few calories saved. The only time Rachel gets out the house these days is if/when I take her out for lunch and/or coffee and cake on a Friday to our local cafe (Visit Hillbrush, just off A303 if anyone wants a great stop off when driving down to Cornwall  ), but this is close too so again loads of calories saved there too :okay:

We don't have snacks in the house apart from nuts and dried fruit so as you say, definitely eating more healthily

Won my first ever race ^_^, might get DQ yet:eek:

Milzy why has it got anyone to do with me or how I’ve woken up? It’s got nothing to do with me. It’s not personal it’s just the way it is.

Let me put it this way. If someone is caught cheating then you’d be a mug if you believed anything they said wouldn’t you? Why would you?

You “openly admitted it”?

You didn’t say you had any plan to doctor your weight.

you did it in the finale of a league.

and you took all the congratulations afterwards. It was only when bridgy started to question you the next day you“openly admitted it”.

I think you’re getting “openly admitted it” and “caught with your pants down” muddled up. There’s also the matter of your weight taking a giant nose dive half way through the January lea

Now you can take it anyway you want. No one here takes it seriously enough to really care if people want to weightdope I think most of us just see it as quite tragic rather than something to get angry about.

But like I say, when you start talking about your weight loss regime, forgive me if I take it with a large pinch of salt.

That was all water under the bridge. You have to be like a fish wife bringing up the past and getting all serious. You could be on EPO and steroids for all I know but I just enjoy what ever we do.
I won't ever talk about diets again then if that makes you happy.

I’m not sure why you keep making this about me... it’s not about me. Name calling and what not. I’m not getting serious. I’m just pointing out the irony in someone who has been blatantly been caught weight doping talking about weight loss. It doesn’t make me unhappy. It just makes me laugh.

I could be on EPO and steroids that is true I guess. Although at this point I think I’d be asking for my money back!

There's no need to start an assault about messing around in the past. I suppose David Millar was a right laugh to you when he started his anti doping campaign. 😂

Can we give the arguing a rest now chaps ... forgive and forget and all that. Life's too short and with everything else going on in the world let's not sweat the small stuff :okay:

So, back on to helping @bobinski lose more weight ... maybe swill the Dulcolax down with prune juice? 💩
