I’m leaving dartford now and the crazy road that is the m25 dictates if I’m in tonight.
if I don’t make it good luck all :okay:
You're wishing us luck? Driving on the M25 in rush hour .... you're the one who needs the luck Brendan :okay: Drive safely and hopefully see you in 2 hours :bicycle:

I need to get my ride in earlier than 7.15 today so I'm not going to make the Danish league race either. I might do the 6pm TOW ride

So I drove 2 hours for a work meeting only to be told just now that they decided yesterday I wasn’t needed but forgot to tell me

Anything in particular you’ve done to piss your boss off lately? 😁

I’ve signed up for the 7 o’clock race. My plan is to spin for the next 40 mins and then decide if my knee is up for it. It’s been aching a bit lately.

Well done C-boys! :boxing: Lots of points for the team tonight. :okay:

As expected those hills killed me…:surrender::wacko:
Blinkin 2nd sprint did for me! One minute I'm in the blob ... next we go through the 2nd sprint, i get stuck in a sticky draft, and bang .... the blob disappears up the road. 3 of us tried to chase back on but we had no chance against a 40 man blob at pace. Managed to pick up some riders on the hills, and Michael waited for me and helped loads ... then we picked up Chris who did some pulling too :okay:

Managed to attack on the hills 2nd time around, unfortunately 3 others came with me and 2 pipped me on the line

My too. I don't know why but holding the same watts uphill as on flats, just seems so much harder.
I didn't have fully recovered legs to start with, so the plan was to try and do the first 2 sprints and then just try to finish the race after that.
Didn't work out too well, as I didn't have much in the legs. Think I was in top 10 in both sprints, but definitely no sprint points

Great ride from all in c.

My average w/kg was relatively very low, sucked a lot of wheel after the first lap.

Definitely picked up some sprint points for the first two sprints (I think I won the second one?) and momentum carried me up the first climb then dropped to Carl's group. It was kind of the perfect situation to recover as we were making time on the group behind, were due to pick up some points regardless of where we landed and Chris was up ahead so had a good excuse not to pull!

Didn't feel particulary fresh this evening. 134 miles last week including a windy 80. Same old split on the first hill then on the regroup nobody wanted to work. Hopefully will be better next week with more c.c participating. Ohh well, onwards & sideways.

Wow that was tough but my best ride for a while.

Really wasn't looking forward to this evening's race, as I'd been pretty dismal on the equivalent stage in TdZ, but tonight was the opposite. Got my traditional slow start and had to chase back on again, but I managed to stay quite well to the front and must have missed the sticky draft that Carl, Michael and Chris got caught in.

Thought I'd blow on the 3 bumps as that's what did for me in TdZ, but tonight I seemed to power up them........ well until the last lap where I was hanging on for grim death on the Governor Street climb.

Currently showing 14th on ZP. 18th, 21st and 23rd for Carl, Michael and Chris should get us some points tonight.

Where can you see the sprint points?
