Signed up for the race tonight. Let's see if we can get some good points again :okay: Andy and Micheal to take points in the first 2 sprints, then roll home, whilst Del, Chris and me hang on to top 30 positions ^_^ Easy
I'm signed up!

Slightly tight groin. I've put Tiger Balm on which, apart from heating up my left nut, seems to be easing things. Hope it will be ok for tonight!

So I drove 2 hours for a work meeting only to be told just now that they decided yesterday I wasn’t needed but forgot to tell me

the only silver lining is I’m turning for home so I’ll be back earlier than my normal finish time and will get a race in later tonight. @<Tommy> are you still planning to race ToW?
Showing up to the meeting in your cycling kit was brilliant.

Edit: If I copy your technique I’m sure I’ll also be disinvited.

Wrong forum but thought it might be quicker to get attention here.

@CXRAndy What's the latest design for a rocker plate? I looked through the Rocker Plate thread and it looked like you upgraded from a back wheel only plate to a full length design, which I'm interested in.

I couldn't see any details for the longer design. I've got a Neo, which I think you also have.

I'm hoping a rocker may help reduce some of the rigidity which I think has been causing me some shoulder/neck pain recently, which got worse after I rode the Grand Fondo just over a week ago.

A half rocker gives in my opinion about 90% of the feel of a full rocker.

The designs are varied, with different pivot ideas, also the dampening methods for the tilt . You have probably seen I used tennis balls to act as the damper, others used inner tubes.

See this Facebook forum for lots of information

Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to ride the stage 4 Danish ride this evening :sad:

Hopefully there's still enough B's for us to get some decent points on the board.

Good luck everyone! :okay:

Sad to hear, thought we'd cross the line together hand in hand tonight.
Looks like it's up to you, me and Brusgaard to try and get some sprint points.
I doubt I'm strong enough though, and I'm also crippled by the Marathon+ tire on a Bkool Pro - Tire will start to slip at around 700 watts.
I think Brusgaard and me will be dumped on the first climb, so you're probably on your own from there.

That probably explains why I never experienced any slippage on the BKool Pro .... I never reached 700 watts

I use a half rocker board that I made and find it excellent enabling me to spend quite a few hours zwifting with very little discomfort at all
