That's epic Chris, I feel somewhat deflated with my pathetic attempt to lose 12-16Kg

Thought I'd have a look at the Leaderboard for the route I did my race on the other day - The Magnificent 8. https://www.strava.com/segments/22180287

You gotta love it when it looks like this, with some average rider in second behind you

Lots a excellent weight loss, im quite the contrary. I digress

Im orf to Tenerife this Saturday. I have been feeling a little rough last week, mild cold that just wouldn't shift since last Danish event, feeling better today. Ive been servicing the Tripster in the meanwhile. New bottom bracket, chain deep clean n lube, rotors scrubbed up with nylon pad, same to frame to remove scratches, marks.

I sent my crank arm off for power meter repair last month, only for the Post office to lose it for 3 weeks. It turned up repaired yesterday ( literally just before I ordered a new crankset)

Spd's stripped down and regreased.

All electronics smeared in di- electric grease (torrential downpour killed all my sensors and lights) Only wahoo Elemnt survived after leaving in the Tenerife sun for a few days.

Re-assemble tomorrow and up date firmware on Di2.

I Might do a ramp test later if anyone wants to meet up for a group killing session...around 8ish. Some company always drives a few extra watts. If we set our weight the same and start the ramp test at the same time we would stick close together on the road.

Here in my work have an employers recommendation that better avoid all traveling to abroad. Those recommendation are in a general level as well, not just in a work.
