For the record the only excuse I’ve ever personally approved was when Michael missed a race after his child was born. Judging from martin’s picture no baby is imminent. So unless he dies trying, he better win the damn thing!

Yep, me too. Like you been to hospital this afternoon, but back and (nearly) ready now. Should be well warmed up in time for 17:30. Hopefully we can work together in the lead C group

Got dropped with about a mile to go Some very strong C riders in there - every time I went to the front to pull, they just went past me! A good session though as I get ready for the CC winter race season

Not one to skip the chance of an excuse so here goes , I have made the blunder of sorting out a block and beam floor ready for tomorrow , having to carry everything round the back of the house

Yep, fill your boots! I will be on a Specialized Shiv disc with Enve wheels which I think is about the best I can manage at the level I'm at

Unfortunately this year St Sabina day has coincided with Teluga Language Day in India which means I will be required to be extra modest, and as such I'll be obliged to let others beat me tomorrow.
