So far we have one leaving the country. One blaming the air pollution levels in his loft. One who likes to not tell anyone else he’s joining to make sure no one else turns up. And two laying claim to be the most unfit (I’m winning that one by the way mjd ).

Does that just about cover it? Yep, you can always tell when there’s a race coming up !

That’s 3 @peterob @Norry1 and you. Is that what they mean by Brexit? Reading this site I sometimes think you guys never work more than 3 weeks between vacations. @berty bassett has an excuse because his foreign travel is obviously a cover story for his international spying.

I took early retirement just so that I could cut out the working between vacations!

What did your doctor say? blood pressure under control? What is the plan for your back?

I have final instructions on monday when i have appointment with that doctor. She want's to see the results of yesterdays blood test and also electrocardiography. But blood pressure control is one thing what needs attention. With my back i will probably start to work with Mckenzie methods but will know more later. Today i go to masseur if he can reduce tension from my neck and shoulders. I have a bit of headache, i have always suffered tension neck.
