Yeah I noticed Lee and a couple of others shooting off up the road before the banner :ninja:

Next time the rule will have to be to stay behind me until the banner!
Finish or start banner?

That's what I can see from Strava - have I missed anyone?
Quite pleased i was only 35 secs behind Bob and Martin at the end as I was moire than that behind as we left the jungle gate. I was on my own from then on, sort of .... I kept finding neutrals to work with so that certainly helped, if only to let me rest but keep an OK pace going.

That was a really good format.

I was torn between going back for you or staying with Martin. I knew if I lost Martin's wheel for a second I'd be gone so I just hung on for dear life through the jungle.
I’d rather you pushed on anyway mate I really paid the price for trying to stay with you. You’ve picked up the pace the last few weeks I thought I’d pick up where I left off but clearly not.
But a great event either way.

Sorry that I couldn’t make it last night, but off having a very pleasant little break in Kent.

So, how did people feel the ride worked on normal bikes with drafting versus last weeks TT ride?

Does it mean that flat, rolling or mountain rides could all work equally as well?

Just like a normal Zwift race really but much easier to see fellow cyclechatters as its only us doing the race (there's other people on the course but as they're not racing like us it doesn't really matter). Don't see why it wouldn't work for any type of terrain - flatter routes do help with drafting though

Excellent.

Sounds like we could make up quite a varied league then?

Different types of terrain, road bike or TT and even include Hare and Hounds type events as well?

No reason why we couldn't do a handicap event of some sort I don't think - just need to agree to set off at staggered times. Looks like there were 4 distinct groupings in yesterday's race results so could potentially do as a team event. Probably worth doing once we've got a few more results logged so some people who missed the ride yesterday can log a time and we can fine tune the time gaps. Would be fun to do though for sure

A handicap team event would be great as they were always fun and competitive in BKool :boxing:

Looks like I missed a good one last night . Hopefully I can make it next week and be at the pointy end of things if my ftp builder training is any good ^_^.

I've updated the league tables. Some continuing close battles......
