The event thingy works perfectly, cheers Paul:okay:

You dont even need to be on same course, transported from New York to meetup

Agreed, it's good innit. I would like to be able to toggle the rider table to only show people in the Meetup. I couldn't easily see how far ahead you guys up the road were most of the time.

I know, I know, I should have been closer then it wouldn't have been a problem

@bert1971 you did your fair share of dragging me but I switched off for a while and you were gone, then the random guy we were with turned off not long afterwards so all alone!

Weight down to 85kg today for first time in a good while though, but a way to go to keep up with everyone!

I didn't know you were a dentist...or do you mean like hammer-and-chisel-have a go?

I’m not a dentist, I was thinking more of the hammer and chisel after you beat me in the line the way you did ^_^.

I think there was maybe a second between us at the end but the clock says 8 seconds? I wasn’t sure about the start.

I thought I was going to struggle after 10-15 miles to be honest. But the pace slowed at times that I needed it too and I think that helped me so I was lucky. I put in the early sprint because I thought we were all tired and that would break you. But I have to say I was very impressed that you came back the way you did. I wasn’t excepting that at all. Very strong and you didn’t quit. Respect :okay:

I think that last hill was probably in a bad spot for you Andy who would of been more of a favourite with a flatter lead in.

Thanks ^_^
At the start, I noticed you crossed the line up ahead, while I stayed with Bridgy and crossed it a few seconds later. Those seconds + the sprint could be 8 seconds.

Another schoolboy error - didn't go out fast enough again and got caught in nomansland. Had a good little session with @Whorty and @bobinski. Saw the group ahead but over a minute and couldn't make any inroads.

Me and Bob went pretty much to the line. Looked like he was doing intervals - kept seeing 4-5W for a few seconds followed by 1-2W ???

Still, good fun.
I was 10-15 mtrs behind from the start line so stuck with Brendan and Rob initially, then Michael joined us before we caught up with you. tbh, I thought you'd latch on to the B boys and we wouldn't see you again so I was surprised when you was up the road waiting for us.

Couldn't stay with you and Bob out the Jungle. I could have held 3.1 w/kg but you two were pushing a bit more and I had to bail. Kept looking over my shoulder from there on to see where Michael was, but as we hit the main circuit I lost where he was.

Really enjoyed that though - a great workout.

Lee went off quickly, i think he was trying to get a lead in(I meant on)--that sounds even worse!! Paul before the climb and build in it so the descent he wouldn't be caught. Paul was wise to it
