seems to have stopped raining here - I'm sure I can hear a small voice calling 'ride me big boy' 'course it may just be the bike but you never know; I'm away to find out...

what aride was on a mission,
went 21 miles,
got to get in training for the charity ride, 45, had a lot of tips from nice people on here tho, cheer people.

had a nice ride thanks:ohmy: - just the bike tho' -:sad: it's chucking it down again so might just be forced to stay in and watch the telly and eat fish'n'chips'n'peas - purely in the interests of packing carbs of course:biggrin::biggrin:

Had a ride in the rain to the minor injury clinic where I was seen straight away and gave me these patches for my elbows as they aren't healing up. Marvelous people. Very little grip out there on the roads ;).

Breezy/windy 50 miles this morning. Tail wind and flat first 6. headwind and uphill next 24. Downhill/tail wind next 10. Last 10 flatish into a stonking headwind. Feel better for it though.

According to the Met Office, we have gusts of wind at 41mph. Blimmin sounds like it too. It isn't raining at the moment, and I'm very tempted just to do a little ride to get me back in the swing of things.......
