A tad over 88 miles on the Mannigtree ride as per picture above. Excellent ride with excellent company.

A cheeky 25.85 miler Such nicities as Wimbledon Hill, Richmond Park, Hyde Park and round the back of the Queen's house. A new top speed for me (34.6mph) was achieved and I just need to push that up to 40 now. Didn't really feel like going much further but I will go out tomorrow if the weather is fine to try for a 40 mile one

A good steady club run, 60 miles, some stiff climbs, and I felt good, averaging 16 mph.

Gentle 32 miles along the Cynon and Taff Trail from Cwmbach via Abercynon to Merthyr and back.

well i suppose if one wishes to be pernickety then in actual fact Mrs Wow is to the right of Mr Wow, I am standing behind and to the right of Father Christmas and the esteemed Aperitif is standing behind and to the left of me...

Managed 53 miles from Stirling, out round Loch Venachar. Glorious scenery...

Bit disappointed in myself today as I had decided I was going to do 40 after yesterdays chalk up of 37 but the first 16 miles today were against such a headwind which didnt let up once and I was only going about 9mph and losing the will to live-I was absolutely knackered and in the end only managed to do 29.8 in total but feel iv done about 70 Am completely shattered now and could not have ridden another foot.
Hopefully tomorrow will be less windy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
