This afternoon we walked around the Warren on the off chance of any white tailed eagles kicking around. True to form, there wasn’t!

Very little about. But there was a very lovely great black backed gull. I was very thankful to it…. It’s a heavy camera and a long walk!

This afternoon I went to Mountbatten to see if there were any sheltering seabirds. If there were they were mostly sheltering out of my sight.
There was a single Gannet.

After that I channeled my inner Hokusai.

We had a pair of Robins, all going well until a sparrowhawk intervened. But a week later we have a pair again so either two new ones or they move quickly round here.
As for the wood pigeons, its positively pornographic by the French windows!
 
Loving these pics. Having a nature feast here, watching the latest Attenborough series about Asia, followed by Winterwatch.
