Pretty sure this is an orchid of some kind spotted growing in local meadow

And this bee was harvesting some nectar

You just have to open your eyes

A couple from this morning's walk.

Soon be crumble time looking at the hedgerow fruit

And on the inside of our metal container that I keep our bird seed in I have noticed these and they seem to be getting bigger.

I am thinking eggs and possibly slugs as I quite often find slugs have managed to get under the lid

Large Skipper, Speckled Wood, Marbled White and Comma butterflies present, but camera shy.
