Fox and badger cub sharing peanuts last night.
I don't think the fox would have fed with an adult badger. It was a bit wary of this young one.

I had a wander on Dartmoor today on foot.

I started at Emsworthy Mire and did a slow mooch via Haytor and Saddle Tor.

I had to sit in the van at the start to wait for the rain to stop.

I then went to Aish Tor. As I got there the heavens opened! I waited that one out too!

The picture was taken by my stepson when he visited the Pokémon centre earlier today and also thought it was Mewtwo

I was on the South Downs coast yesterday and this kestrel (female I think but rather small) was surprisingly unbothered by me. I'd need a camera with a faster shutter speed than the one I own to get good wing definition.

Highland cattle, very high as in Switzerland along with Yak which is we surmise because of the reintroduction of wolves.

And out farmers are up in arms about beavers .
