So good wasn’t it. One of my favourite series. Looking forward to Shetland starting next week too. Be interesting to see what the new female lead is like.

Detectives on BBC last night...three part fly on the wall about organised crime gang in Rochdale area.
Ended up watching all three,shocking stuff and without giving anything away left me devastated...not in a good way ☹️

‘All Creatures Great & Small’ last night

My mum loved the original Beeb series in the 70s, so it became regular family viewing for all of us. I discovered the books in the early 90s and enjoyed them too.

I guess the Ch5 reboot would be okay, but i'm a bit turned off by the trailers looking too glossy/over-produced. I expect dreary gritty realism, not over-saturated colour and inches of slap!

Enjoyed Payback; a Scottish crime drama in which a recently widowed accountant discovers that her recently murdered husband was involved with the criminal underworld... and they want their money back.

Started watching Wheel of Time series two. Gave up after two episodes.

Just started watching Ahsoka. Good so far but who knows. Disney Star Wars is a bit hit and miss.

Just started watching Ahsoka. Good so far but who knows. Disney Star Wars is a bit hit and miss.

i enjoyed ahsoka , i thought it one of the better ones

Will be interesting to see how they go with a new lead

can sometimes be the death knell - but sometime can give a boost

we will be watching - although probably not live - will probably set a series link and watch when we have time

gone are the days when we watched things live

after all- these forums won;t type rubbish into them by themselves!!

Has it finished? I watched the first 2 and was waiting for it end so I can binge it.

I watched Gen V (The Boys). Addictingly rubbish, love The Boys but this is just teenagers being supes and moody, and they kill one of my favourite actors in the first episode so it didn't get off to a good start! Has plenty of gore and sex so worth still watching.

Enjoying the Crime drama thriller Payback, even the old-fashioned episode a week format. Makes accountancy seem occasionally a lot less boring than it is!

Yeah Loki S1 I loved it, I watched the first 2 and paused. Sounds like I need another 2 weeks for the full series.

Gen V had only 1 interesting thing

Victoria Neumans power is apparently based on blood manipulation

. The actors were mostly fine but it was all a bit popcorny and not rememerable.

i have watched 3-4 episodes of gen v hoping it will improve, not the sort of tv i will watch with the kids about and as its half term no chance this week
