I cannot comment on whether the council behaved fairly, but who do you think created this "caricature"?? Do you think he was coerced to behave badly against his will? Like when he thumped a production assistant? Or suggested the public pelt a black woman with excrement.

So 6 other farms could go to the wall, along with all those employed and all the industries serving those farms lose customers all because a plan for them to have guaranteed income via the planned restaurant and the supplying of food to it, because a vindictive council can see beyond it’s blinkered view, it’s nothing to do with making out he is racist, a lot of people now cannot stand either Harry or Meghan, it’s nothing to do with her background she is just a horrible self centered person, that’s all I’m saying about her, well done for trying to get this locked

If JC has a strong enough case he can take the whole thing to appeal -
Just like the rest of us have to.
It then gets heard by the National Planning Appeals body.

The decision is looked at afreash without any local decision makers in force.

Maybe one of the other farmers could open a cooperatively run farm shop .??
Perhaps their farm might be a more suitable site??

Were there guaranteed measures put in place to ensure these erstwhile suppliers a fair and secure market, long term ??

Or is it a case of appealing to the 'sympathy vote' whilst expedient, but the reality of market forces change once the 'main man' has got what they want and can buy in from cheaper elsewhere..
