Hard Sun on BBC4, written by the same writer of Luthor. Getting a little complicated now as the death list is growing as more people find out about hard sun. Plus the sub plot of a bent cop, who possibly murdered his colleague, or has he?

I just watched the 2nd episode of Silent Witness. I enjoy these shows, but i must confess that Nicky Alexander does seem to have perfected the gormless look. She seems to spend most of each episode looking completely gobsmacked. I do find it a bit off putting. It's about time she tried using a different expression during the show instead of this .

Apart from that, it is another excellent series.

Nicky Alexander (Emilia Fox) - see also the character she plays in Sky's Delicious (which has gone rapidly off the boil and looks like they should have left it at the one series which seemed to tie everything up anyway) - or pretty much everything else she's in ;)

Just watched eps 1 & 2 of Britannia - quite liked it. Not great but has potential and I'll keep watching, although I'd agree that the theme tune doesn't really fit. Lots of well known names on screen so Sky are clearly putting the effort in.

Just seen that S2 of Taken has appeared on Prime - really liked S1, so need to squeeze that into the viewing schedule somewhere too.

Hard Sun would have made a good 3 parter, not sure how they can string it along over 6 episodes....

Biggest Little Railway is brilliant.
Silent Witness, Next of Kin, Hard Sun and McMafia are the others on my list at the moment.

Enjoying a little nostalgia on "Yesterday"channel at the moment. Ripping Yarns..I haven't seen this for years and still find it real funny :-) :-)

Michael Palin is great in everything he does. I’m watching Himalaya on iPlayer at the minute.

We watched the first episode of Miniaturess last night. Not sure how I feel about it yet as a lot of it makes no sense, which I understand is intentional but does get a bit trying.
