I smashed my pelvis a couple of year ago in a pothole/commuting accident which has curtailed the cycling commute which I use to manage my weight, that plus WFH means my weight has ballooned. I have requested an appointment to see the NHS dietician, who I have yet to see, but in their reply they said weight loss injections were unlikely. Are they worth the expense to pay for them without the support you'd get through the NHS? BTW we eat healthily, all home prepared etc it's just I have a raging appetite which I find hard to control.
