Awesome!

Hey look at it with good eyes! You lost a kilo right away when you took your clothes off 🤣🤣

You have to do what works for you, period! I do have a cheat day a week, usually I try that day to be the one I do my longer physical activity to try to compensate. Just my two cents there to try to help with cravings.

Tea and coffee with sugar here twice a day for me. No argument about that.

I am using MyFitnessPal to track my food and is synced to Strava for sports. Keep it up!

I don't really get many cravings, or at least none that I find hard to overcome. For me it's all about losing my obession with food, getting out of snack habits as well. I don't snack at all now, and if I do get cravings then a cup of tea or coffee with sugar is usually enough (and at 40Kcal it's better than having a snack). I've found most of it was habit, and just being greedy. For my evening meal I have a small plate/bowl instead of a large one and after a while I don't notice that I'm eating less. I'm probably having 60% portion size to what I was pre-diet

Great job!

I do miss my toasted ham and cheese sandwiches… but I am holding strong! Just eat the cheese when I can’t hold it anymore.

So far I eat my 2200 calories a day like I suppose to. With this I am losing 500 grams a week. Or that is the idea 😅

More exercise than normal - and cutting out those unhealthy snacks - has seen approx a stone / 14 pounds / 6.35kg disappear from the back end of Christmas Hols and January: to today.

All good ? Well........ i'm 6'2 and coming from approaching 16 stone - and now being right on the 15 stone mark i've no issue as yet. But i've always felt good and strong at heavier than my 'suggested' mass. I've lost weight before and always felt lethargic more than anything.....

I think ideally i need to try to eat sensibly (Or as my exercise requires for fuel) and maintain my weight at a little more than 14 stone.

Thats the short term-goal. As we all know......losing it is one thing. Maintaining it quite another. And how i feel will be as much of an indicator as anything.......

I'm happiest about 245ish lbs, that when measured properly puts me in the low to mid 20's % for blubber, but too many mince pies pushed me to 270lbs again.

Can't be having that, but no diet as such - simply strict portion control, no snacking between meals, and it comes off OK.

One of the few things I'm blessed with is an iron will - once I've decided to do something such as quit smoke, diet, etc, I go at it relentlessly and will not deviate. Failing is weakness, and the mighty Drago doesn't have a weakness (except mince pies, it seems.)

Stull walking 8 or 9 miles on an average weekday, still lifting 4 days a weeks (lighter weights, higher reps now I'm heading for 60), still riding.
