Not that I know of. TBH though weve never looked into that, as with MS she couldnt travel alone anyway.

Edit, just looked at this on out Council website. Seems she probably would qualify.

Interestingly, you have to apply in person at a library. Having arms missing would qualify you, but you need a doctors letter. You'd think the absence of arms sticking out your shoulders would be sufficient proof in those circumstances!
You can be the second person on the pass.

Funny you should mention that. No but i did find a Bay City Rollers LP,which took some convincing to my brother that it wasn't mine.:unsure:
