And he's riding a bike?!

You can be registered as blind and drive a car legally!

Mrs D is blind in one eye, about 10% down in the other and has kept her licence. At first it was on a 3 year restricted with a medical before renewal, but now they've released her into the normal licencing system again. That said, she is an excellent driver (police advanced, and much better than me) and won't drive at night or in bad weather because she has no depth perception.

Hell, you can hold a commercial pilots licence with only one eye.

Does she qualify for a buss pass Drago? I've got my letter from the main eye man at Burnley hospital, saying i have poor peripheral vision in my one working eye. I hope this'll help me but i wouldn't put it past them to say it's not poor enough to qualify.

Not that I know of. TBH though weve never looked into that, as with MS she couldnt travel alone anyway.

Edit, just looked at this on out Council website. Seems she probably would qualify.

Interestingly, you have to apply in person at a library. Having arms missing would qualify you, but you need a doctors letter. You'd think the absence of arms sticking out your shoulders would be sufficient proof in those circumstances!
