is that a custom paint job on genuine S works frame?

Hi Randy, good to hear you’re home safely... aside from the bike being nicked, I was very much looking forward to catching up with you for a few days... All that said Randy, whilst I had the weekend planned off and HID in Yorkshire, all in anticipation, the weather has been awful. Trees down, power lines down, the lot....

Just sitting here watching the rain lash against the windows, thinking about getting on to the Bkool for a laugh...... tomorrow’s not looking too bad..

Jim
See you in the 5 p.m. Rerun

Bike done 1st ride this morning in the rain not sure on the tan sidewall think i need to change them to all black View attachment 414582

Rob that’s stunning mate!

I like everything about it. Nicely proportioned. Even the seatpost is great looking. Definitley a frame much better suited to disc wheels I think. Looks very clean indeed. Maybe chop a bit more off the steerer tube if you like the fit?

I like the tan walls personally. And if they are corsa g’s I don’t think they come in all black though I could be wrong. I have them in graphite colour but I think yours look better. They’re great tyres but I think your bike would also look good with all black sidewalls too at a later date.

Which bar stem combo did you go for in the end?

Hi tommy ill never get that slammed but it felt good so ill drop the stem another 5mm im hoping to get to just the conical spacer the stem is zipp beyond black and zipp service course sl bars but ive just had a set of easton areo bars delivered but with it being disc its a pain to swap them over so i might just leave it for now

Nice

It looks very well proportioned as it is to be honest. I meant maybe chop down the spacer on top of the stem. It looks like you have 10mm up there at the moment? Maybe if you want to keep a little on top chop it down to 5 or 2mm instead.

Did you get a chance to weigh the bike rob? I know you’ve got deep rims on it so it’s maybe not the most important thing to you but just out of interest.
