@Randyberlin and @TurboTommy I’m sorry to hear about the thefts
There really are some scumbags out there

Sorry to hear about your friend Tommy, you're right that these things have a way of suddenly knocking everything back into perspectiveThanks guys. The bike’s insured so I’ll claim some back. I did love that bike to be honest. Sounds silly but it fitted me like a glove.
But I actually got some much sadder news tonight about a very dear old friend of mine. So it’s safe to say things have been put into perspective.
Lets face it. Objects, however much we cherish them, pale into insignificance compared to the people we care about.
My youngest daughter drew a picture of me earlier today at nursery. Well partly me, partly unicorn. I think it’s her best one yet but I could be wrong. It definitely made me laugh at a time I needed to smile. Feels like a fair trade for an old bike
I understand entirely why you’re going home Randy. You were on a journey with a campanion. It wouldn’t feel the same from now on. But next time you come to the UK I really hope you come to London. You’re more than welcome to stay with me and I’ll show you London like only a Londoner can!
just hope Randy comes back and we all do the DD in style - then night out in Wales - much safer !
toilets are for piddling in !
@Randyberlin i hope meeting some of us hasn’t put you off coming back and seeing us again. At least you know what to expect next time from those of us you did met. Those you didn’t meet, such as Lee, are usually accompanied by a carer on account of the situations they get into and the tendency to self harm on a bike. They can be great fun if a little dangerous to be around
Safe journey and I look forward to seeing you on a lovely new bike next year

Not good.
That said, and it will be scant solace, at least they weren’t too spendy
