Seeing three bikes I rennovated in use by some immigrants who work locally. They were in the Lidl car park discussing the bikes like some people talk about cars.
My mutt is having his hair cut at 12 am today. He hasn't had a cut since the 7th of September last year. It's getting warmer now and all that hair is stressing him out. I spoke to his usual groomer on Monday, asking if they could fit him in, but they couldn't do till June. I phoned another one he's been to before. They'd had a cancellation, hence the appointment today. 🐶
Happy clocks going forward!!🍻
Happy clocks going forward!!🍻
Oh, it's the 'bad' one 😭
Yes, but one hour less in bed isn't so bad when you have months of days getting lighter ahead of you. It's far better than one extra hour in bed and then months of darkness ahead of you!
Duly done (the other clocks either need batteries or I'll do them later when I can be arsed):
Considering I felt my suicidal thoughts coming back again earlier, I'll take your word for it. 😞
I have a big wall clock on the top of my stairs, too big to take down and change the fingers. As usual I'll add an hour on as I look at it for the next 7 months.
Try and have positive thoughts! I know it's easy to say, but believe me I've been there, as they say.
I tend to do that to make me think as I am crap at time management. My Dad finds this totally unacceptable and gets all annoyed as he thinks it's all about him when he visits (he's genuinely told me this - How dare you not change your clock for ME!). He actually bellowed at me and called me everything under the sun in front of the rest of the family one day about it and he was being genuine! What a pr*ck!
He's obsessed with time and ALWAYS has to be on time and I annoy him as I'm the opposite due to my brain damage (which he has never really understood either, the idiot), hence why I need to actually think about time.
Even having a clock running fast is unthinkable to him.
So no, I don't know why I posted here, it is a trivial thing that irritates me because of him.
He'll have had all his clocks changed all day, 'just in case'.
... And then don't even get me started on his Calendars, FFS!
I have neigbours who eat their meals at the exact time, go to bed at the exact time and get out of bed at the exact time...every day of their lives!!
