People who leave the toilets at work in a mess after doing their business, and being too lazy to clean up after themselves.

I think people tend to over - estimate as it is not a usual way of serving yourself food portions.

I've learned the art of getting it right as I have a local Indian Buffet near to me that I frequent regularly.

Small but often is better.

This is part of the problem; when the serving dishes are bigger people tend to take more because it's hard to judge.

Of course there's also always a few of the "I've paid for it so I'll over eat" crowd...
