I come on hols to go to the beach as long as it's warm and dry I don't mind ,Mrs CK won't go unless it is perfect,mini CK 2 doesn't like warm weather or sand . sorry I'm having a whinge everyone is doing my head in

No shop is ever obliged to sell you anything (whether priced incorrectly or not) - ask any 13-year-old who's been chucked out the newsagents.
I don't recall it ever being any different.

They can refuse to sell at all, but if they sell, then they are legally required to sell at the marked price.

As I said, they can refuse to sell it to you at all (i.e. You don't have a right to buy at the shelf price as that article puts it).
And you may note, as it says here, that it is a criminal offence to have the wrong price on the shelf or item label.

Which still doesn't mean you can force them to sell you the item.

Holidays for me is like taking a childless couple to centre parks and saying you'll enjoy it there loads of other people's kids running around....

That’s an absolutist and unrealistic interpretation of the law. In practice it only becomes a criminal matter if there’s an intent to mislead.
An example from literally today. I was in my local Waitrose and I picked up an apple danish at a bargain end-of-day price of 29p. At the till the price came up as £1.something. Thats a race condition, not a criminal offence. I quick chat with the nice partner and it was sorted. The John Lewis CEO remains at large, for now at least.

Had to call security last night around 12.30 am mink CK 1 who's autistic was getting agitated as another van was having an all night party.yea it's holiday time and I appreciate everyone has fun in different ways and we expect a bit of noise but shouting and it sounded like vomiting all night going a bit far that time of day ( it's a family resort loads of kids )

Think I've only done 'van trips twice, neither were good experiences.
Had a week of record-breaking floods and storms for a week in Cornwall. The torrential rain and wind kept us awake most nights, and my wife's severe "morning" sickness was 24x7.
Tried a caravan stopover elsewhere a few years later. Yobs were drunk, shouting, kicking balls against vans and running around the site into the small hours so not a good night's sleep. The site had a communal lounge with an ironing board I wanted to use the next morning, until I put my shirt in something wet.... Someone had p*ssed all over the lounge.

To be fair we have been coming here every other year for about 20 years and never had an issue before.
Today the wheel fell off our beach trolley and I went to reception to find the nearest hardware store and the maintenance crew found a bolt that fitted and fixed it for nothing.( mini CK 1 built it up and I didn't check so my fault)
