As the patriarch (my dad) of our family, don't you think he'd like a bit of dignity and thought from all of you ?
9 around a hospital bed FFS, while he's frail, slightly confused and in some discomfort...and you all sit there watching.
Can you imagine how he feels ?, a once proud and strong man, give him some space and dignity.
Why do family members, despite several attempts to get a 'shift pattern' going...all stubbornly visit at the same bloody time !!!

TBF, its nice everyone cares and i'm moaning because they're not thinking like i do...i suppose it's not just about the way i feel, everyone has their own priorities and timescales...but bloody hell.

Where I was they had a limit of IIRC 3 people visiting at a time.
