When somebody asks a simple question, please read it and answer that question, not the one that you imagine that they asked, or the one that you think they should have asked!
If you don't know the answer, don't guess!
Don't insult the person for asking the question!
Don't take the p**s - they had good reasons for asking!
[I didn't ask the question in question, but I would have if it hadn't already been asked many times before. The trouble is that I have been wading through hundreds of stupid replies and have still not found the right answer! I'm sure that it is out there somewhere but the stupid responses are submerging it. I'm off to GeeksChat to ask it!]

we are 3 weeks away from completion. telling people they need to be working to 6pm as we have extended hours whiulst not acknowledging the fact that several of us are in at least 2 hours befoire we are due to start to manage the early shift and we are going at 5pm whatever as we have been on site for nearly 12 hours is not going to motivate people and is likely to have the opposite effect you stupid feckin twot. how you managed to get to project director level is a complete feckin mystery as you have not managed to motivate the team since you arrived 8 months ago, and you have had the effect of demotivating the team so much we really don't care anymore.
