Start doing your self Bet if he’s like me he will be in the porch like a shot telling you don’t throw that away you never know when I will need it That’s why I’ve got the biggest collection of odds and sods.At least there in the garage a place Mrs p rarely ventures.

SWMBO will never go into the shed because there will be spiders in there

Hence - I am mulling over shelf arrangements that have significant areas that can;t be seen from the door and she will not be able to see into without risking "attack by spider"

I am also not telling her about the one in the "storage seat" we have in the garden - it was about the size of a very big spider!!!

welsh dragon

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
I see W H Smith has been sold and will disappear from the high street. As a child I often received book tokens for birthday or Christmas. One of the first "grown up" things I was allowed to do solo was catch a bus to the local town, go to Smith's, buy my books and head home.

Another one bites the dust. The costs of running a shop now are horrendous. I forsee many more shops closing in the near future

Arachnophobia is just silly. Why does anyone care who spiders want to fall in love with !

Neither for me.

I have both - my wife makes me chuck out some old kitchen "things" that never get used from time to time

screws and stuff are often beyond her range as they share space with spiders (if I plan it right!!)

but I do have a habit of storing all the left over screws when I put a flat pack thing together

I have stopped myself saving every screw I take out of things as a lot of them are rusty/stripped/broken - but I was brought up to keep those as well!

anyway - does that make be Bi???

Flat above the Post Office?
Watchet is still a lovely place - good pubs and great community.

I bought MrsP one of these last year. She has problems opening jars and bottles. It's a very good implement.
