Just back from walking Bruce.

Took him round the fields, and on the way back, just on the edge of town a car pulled up about 50 metres in front of me and two fellers get out and fly tip a TV on the verge! Honestly, no shame whatsoever.

I got the reg and reported it to the big council. If the vehicle is registered I'll very happily appear in court for that one and watch their eyes water as they're anally invaded either a big fat fine.

It's Friday night, tea is made - kedgeree, I have a G&T, it's quiz night at 7.30. Perfect. Then a problem arises........

I have a love affair with my Cervelo C3. She is the perfect bike for me. I have to be realistic though and I know in the long-term she will have to be replaced. I have decided this will happen soon, in time for summer. Many bikes have been considered. I was heading towards the Pinarello X series............then I googled "Cervelo C3 successor".........oh what a mistake.......or is it fate.........are we star crossed lovers ❤️❤️❤️

Cervelo Caledonia. Oh my, oh my. Do I need this before I get old??????

Nice looking bike & I think people have finally gotten their head around dropped stays.

Are you going electronic shifting again after all your woes recently?

Good morning. Dull but potentially sunny later. Our performance at last night's quiz was embarrassingly dismal. Mrs P was very tired and didn't join us. She has remarked, unkindly, on the poor showing. Second from last. 😱☹️

Today I must buy timber for allotment work, find a new gate, Mother's Day flowers, general tidying.

Great excitement. I have found a limescale remover product that seems to work. Bizarrely one of our loos builds up limescale at the bottom of the pan, the other doesn't. Weird. Anyway chucked a load of this stuff, scientific eh, down the pan and 30 minutes later the limescale scrubbed off........with a long handle brush, I should add.

Next task is to try on a small batch of the shower cubicle glass.

Yes, I will be. The decision now is whether to use di2 or SRAM. As I've said the di2 shifting is great, a lot of the add ons aren't. I've accepted I was unlucky to get a pair of duff shifters, this happens. The app etc. I'm not so sure about.

I love HG stuff. It works really well. I have the De greaser and it works a treat. I recommend it.
