You could just change the groupset to Sram or Campagnolo on your latest steed and save a few bob.
It's Friday night, tea is made - kedgeree, I have a G&T, it's quiz night at 7.30. Perfect. Then a problem arises........
I have a love affair with my Cervelo C3. She is the perfect bike for me. I have to be realistic though and I know in the long-term she will have to be replaced. I have decided this will happen soon, in time for summer. Many bikes have been considered. I was heading towards the Pinarello X series............then I googled "Cervelo C3 successor".........oh what a mistake.......or is it fate.........are we star crossed lovers ❤️❤️❤️
Cervelo Caledonia. Oh my, oh my. Do I need this before I get old??????
Nice looking bike & I think people have finally gotten their head around dropped stays.
Are you going electronic shifting again after all your woes recently?
Good morning. Dull but potentially sunny later. Our performance at last night's quiz was embarrassingly dismal. Mrs P was very tired and didn't join us. She has remarked, unkindly, on the poor showing. Second from last. 😱☹️
Today I must buy timber for allotment work, find a new gate, Mother's Day flowers, general tidying.
Great excitement. I have found a limescale remover product that seems to work. Bizarrely one of our loos builds up limescale at the bottom of the pan, the other doesn't. Weird. Anyway chucked a load of this stuff, scientific eh, down the pan and 30 minutes later the limescale scrubbed off........with a long handle brush, I should add.
Next task is to try on a small batch of the shower cubicle glass.

Just wondering, given this talk of moving, who you'd be leaving behind for the new owners to find.No. Just repoint a few bits every year that get affected by the inevitable rain hereabouts.
Sometimes there is a bit of irritating staining after repointing as the gaps are quite narrow.
