I watched that as well. I prefer Astrid to be honest but it wasn't bad at all.

Watchet is forecast sunshine for the next week, so I expect that the Grockles will be flowing in and the pubs filling up.
Off to the VMCC autojumble at Cheddar tomorrow.

Mr WD is complaining because asked him to move and dismantle stuff in the porch so that I can start the painting.

I have only watched the 1st episode which I recorded but there was a big problem with it 'buffering'. I don't know if the problem was with Virgin or my TV.
Needless to say I don't have a problem with the Liverpool accent.

Guy I used to work for was born on Scottie Road (deep Liverpool for the foreigners)

We had new pupil who had migrated from there to Rhyl where we were teaching and a lot of her classes were with the two of us

He had to leave everything to me as he had zero clues as to what she was saying!!!

her accent was rather thick (and I use think in 2 different ways there!!!)

Obe coat of paint done. I like this paint, it doesn't smell and goes a long way. Johnstone paint

It does in an hour or so as well so I can get a 2nd coat on after lunch.

Watchet is still a lovely place - good pubs and great community.

In his case, methinks he doth protest too much. He def doest mean it. He just likes to pretend he does.

I've just ordered some new vinyl flooring for the porch. I kept the previous underlay that was under the wood flooring, so I saved myself £50 pounds or so.

Not bad. For the gender sum of £59 the entire porch has been re done as I already had the paint.

Is the term "gender sum" a term for the amount of money it costs you to do it without the approval of Mr WD????
