Just back from Waddesdon Manor (we go with friends every year) unbelievably cold but a lovely evening and feels like the start of Christmas.

Good day and it looks like it will be. It's dry and cold but no sign of frost or ice. Heading out on the bike at 8.50 with one of my regular buddies and a few other folk who like to tag along with the pensioners when they can. It's time to get my Galibier quilted gilet out, combined with the deep winter Lusso base layer and jacket I should be toasty........if not I'll pop a windbreaker in my pocket. This afternoon a session with my PT, I hope she doesn't get the scales out for I have signed. Mea culpa. This evening we are at a friend's house for a curry - more sinning. She cooks up a mean curry.

After a wonderful full on weekend with #1SP this provides the break I need before Christmas begins with a house blitz tomorrow. No one coming at all, just the house needs a blitz and I can't see another time to do it.

Ironing next! Catch you all later and remember:

He knows if you've been good or bad,
So better be good for goodness sake,

Barnet,
Good morning all.
MrsP is off to work in a moment. She is doing a few days at the rehoming centre she used to work at over the Christmas period she used to work at as cover for the veterinary team.
Sainsbury's are delivering the Christmas goodies between 9 and 10 then I'll be out with the dog for a couple of hours, with maybe a pint or two in the Mitre on the way home. 🍺🍺.
No bin lorries today as they came on Saturday as the Christmas bin schedule has been rejigged this week, back to normal next week though.

Good day to all.
Busy but enjoyable day yesterday. As I explaned, #2 grandson came back from his 16 week jaunt around Asia. He is a really nice lad and he and I had a good long chat (with a BIG hug thrown in) .
Daughter did a lovely buffet with lasagna. I demolished mine while watching Lpool demolish Spurs.
Today will be a lovely quiet day for me.
