Good morning. Perfectly calm without a breath of wind and the sky looks clear. A ride is planned. There's a small amount of tidying up to do before the new summer house/shed arrives.

The sub-woofer on our sound bar isn't working. I must set up the new one we got "free" with the new telly.

Sub-woofer?? What? Eh? I have never understood what on earth a sub-woofer is.

Good for explosions in movies!

Well the wind has gone

and Traitors is over!!!

anyway - I'm up early due to back ache - woke up at 5 something but couldn;t get back to sleep as every time I rolled over I got a pain
I would drift off - then move and wake up again

gave up about an hour ago and got up to have some ibuprofen and hope it calms down and I can go back

maybe

Morning all :hello:

Clear blue skies and no wind at the moment. Forecast is good for the rest of the day. Might venture out somewhere nice.
Neighbour's just had 2 wheel bearings done on his ancient Peugeot 106 - £384! That's more than the cars worth. I could get a pair of bearings for less than 30 quid, so they must have charged £350+ for labour ... and it's a back street garage. What a rip off!

I refuse to you self scanner check outs and the hand held one
When they start paying me to do their job I may change my mind
Couldn't agree more.

As I understand it, a woofer goes woof woof, a sub woofer only goes woof.

You could be correct as I am not very technical.
