The dentist appointment went well, no work needed, and then upstairs to the hygienist to scrape and polish my gnashers.All ok for another 6 to 12 months.

I can't sleep in a chair even on long haul flights

During my working life (sorry about the language), I did a lot os travelling on long haul flights. I became quite good on sleeping on such flights. My most impressive achievement was sleeping all the way from Dubai to London Heathrow. It was a Qantas flight, and, I was in Club Class.
