The snow is melting here now but it will freeze again tonight.

I am bloody frozen. Went for a wander and met two different people I know and stopped for a chat. Both are very talkative so by the time I got moving again I had got really chilled. Nice to get back in.

Worked this morning, trip out my new Brompton for a coffee this afternoon and just about to take Gunk Jr out for a driving lesson.

I'm very jealous of those who can get out on a bike. Monday looks a 50/50 possibility for me.

Today has been a very BIG day. I'm buzzing. With such poor weather right through winter I haven't ridden even close to where I should be. I joined a local gym last week with the intention of using the Wattbike. I've struggled with set up on this and got nowhere.......I will keep trying.

However I went to a spin class. I haven't done this for 10+ years. It was great. Really enjoyed myself. By lunchtime I was properly hungry, a good sign.

This afternoon I've been for a 3.75 mile walk. A proper walk. Boots on. I had feared my knee injury would prevent any future real walking. Seems I was wrong. I'm hungry again!!

This is all good news.

During this afternoons walk with Millie she has gone quite lame on her front left leg. I have checked for thorns or cuts and can't see anything,, and I didn't take the ball so she was running around madly.
I have got an appointment at the Vets at 7.30 this evening.
