Good morning all.
A chilly 2⁰ with a nice ground frost, but the temperature is due to rise quite quickly to a high of around 15⁰ by lunchtime.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies soon and then it is more of the same today.

Right I'm awake - which is not the same as up
garden is watered and breakfast eaten - plus pills taken - probably in the correct order and timing
anyway - this after noon we are going shopping for a
fascinator
which I think is something like a hat with the parts of a hat that have any point taken away
or something like that
then we are going to her sister's so that the niece can have another go at trying the make up for "The Wedding"
The Niece is one of the kids that "didn;t do well" at school - managed to leave with no GCSEs - which, as an ex-teacher - I found to be quite difficult
especailly as she had an ex-teacher on hand to help her with re-takes and still failed
but she did do a year of a beauty course at college before the pandemic messed that up for her
anyway - that is today
might get out for a ride in a bit as I will get twitchy and start making "stupid" comments this afternoon if I don;t do something!e

Morning again. I took the car through to Comrie and walked from there for a change of scenery. I saw my first lambs of the year. Another thing that’s probably a couple of weeks later up here than down south? I would imagine you’ve being seeing lambs for a couple of weeks?

I was watching teh telly last night and there was something about an MP
apparently this person was out for a quiet drink and must have nodded off (or something!)
When he woke up it turned out the "he had been" takne somewhere and was alone with 12 prostitutes and some dodgy "other stuff"
I listened to that and turned ot my wife and commented that I thought she should know that I must have led a VERY sheltered life
as nothing even vaguely like that had ever happened to me like that
in fact I always made it home and woke up in my own bed
alone
clearly I led a very sheltered life and probably sailed past lots of opportunities that I never even noticed
she said she already knew
but honestly - I do wonder just how oblivious I was to pretty much everything when I was growing up (i.e. upto the age of about 30!!!!)
anyone else like this

Morning, highlight of the day a blood test...........I'm sure there is more to life then this
Stick or Twist day.meeting with the lads.sadly no beer i have an afternoon cancer check up which includes a blood sample.I can't chance two pints of Porter or dark ale showing up.Next week is going to be busy i begin decorating the house.Starting with the back room.Then the lower half of the staircase and hallway,so father in law can get his stairlift put in here.oh i am going to be busy.
