Just saw a very nice Elswick Cyclemaster up for sale about 40 miles from here.....tempted.......very tempted. The guy's asking £450 ono.

Good morning all.
Another grey, misty start to the day here.
I got woken up at 1.30am by an enormously loud explosion a little distance away. Fireworks being set off, but these were industrial scale from the nouse they were making. 😡
The dog was going mad downstairs and it took us a little while to get back to sleep.
All the usual stuff to do today.

Good morning folks, just back from running Blandford parkrun followed by a visit to an excellent café for coffee and a fruit scone. Feeling weary now so will rest up before tackling the rest of the day.

We had some oxtail casserole leftover so I froze it. So today we are having oxtail casserole, roast potatoes and peas.

Claggy day out there.

Just hauled ourselves out of the sack, another late night tonight is due. Off to the pic's to see Apprentice (not that we are Trump fans but the film looks good) followed by late night wine bar visit followed by who knows what when we get home.

Just a session on the treadmill in a while is it on the exercise front today.

We had some oxtail casserole leftover so I froze it. So today we are having oxtail casserole, roast potatoes and peas.

I had a carton of the Co-op’s chicken and vegetable soup. It’s really meant for 2 but as I wasn’t having bread or anything else I just scoffed the lot.

The very first engine I rebuilt myself, at the age of 11, was one of these. I recall that it was reasonably reliable.
Holds a sentimental attachment.
Rather have one than an electric bike.
