Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Does Mr WD not cost you more though?
He does. I keep a close eye on the debit cards

Morning, not much happening here today.
Why don't you come to my place and we can be busy doing nothing together
That or a replacement for Strictly on the Beeb.Carpet fitters have been, a couple of young old guys who have been doing the job for over 30 years. They kept up a constant stream of banter and gentle ribbing between each other, only pausing to drink the tea I'd made. Very impressive to watch how well they worked together. Perhaps synchronised carpet fitting could become the next new Olympic sport🤔
I'm amazed at all the things others on here have to do, maybe it's because you own your houses and there is lots to do in upkeep ect

Light lunch of crackers and cheese.
We are all very different - as ever.
Putting house ownership aside, I remain singularly unimpressed with retirees that constantly have long 'to do' lists to complete and endless activities to participate in. Fair play, if that makes them happy then that is great, but it's not for me.
But, imo, after a lifetime of working some people just don't, or can't, give themselves permission to switch off. We know several couples who cannot simply sit down for a day having a chat, reading a book, or simply just dossing and enjoying each other's company, etc.
