Good morning all.
Why am I up at this ungodly hour ?
The funeral went as well as a funeral can. She had been our neighbour and friend of Sue for 27 years. So, end of an era in some ways.
Mr Fixit is back today. One thing he has to do is re mastic my shower as the water escapes in several places.
I may well nip out as there are a few things I need eg
A wok, my old one won't work on my induction hob.
Diced lamb as I have a niggle to make a slow cooker lamb curry.
Farm Foods for some ready meals. Last time I went (12 months ago) they had some really good deals on.
etc etc.

Today I'm attending a funeral of an Auntie, she was married to my Dad's youngest brother who is still going at 88 years old. He is the last of the line for that generation of the family.
It will also be the first time in three years that I have met my brother, we don't really get on that well.

Bonjour. We have a wood delivery shortly and then Molly is having a hair cut at 9. Apart from that, not much planned for the rest of the day.

Off on the steam train to meet up with mates from Minehead for lunch at Wetherspoons.

Wee wee pot dropped off at the docs. I took Bruce in and couldn't care lessmif they didn't like it, although I waw straight in and out and they didn't say anything.
Sun's out and it's quite nice so once I've tidied up I'll clean the van.

It looks like the road will now be closed for the entire week while they investigate the rail crash and as it was closing on 31st for the repairs, it will now be closed from now until 20th December, so a 70 mile diversion is in effect.
