No did tests, both negative, it‘s your genuine flu, i couldn’t move or eat a thing for 3 days, even covered in cold sores all around my mouth and a mouthful of ulcers, aches pains, etc, it’s truly dreadful

Wow ! that's terrible did you have flu vaccination? I heard on Radio 4 during the week that the flu vac for this year will not give great protection judging on its performance so far in other parts of the world

The irony was we had flu jabs booked for last Thursday, just as things were improving!

My jeans are looser now. I've cut down on the coffee, and biscuits and generally don't eat as much and it's starting to show where my clothes are concerned.

We are off to our Son's new place this morning near to Chesham. Where we are going to walk through the woods to a local pub for lunch. And of course back again.

It's just stopped lashing down, the local Toby Carvery has emailed me with a voucher offering meals for £6. I noticed that takeaway is an option 🤔 ( mental image of walking up the road carrying a plate and trying to prevent the gravy spilling off the edge )
