Bonjour. It isn't raining today but it is quite windy.
The chap from the water board came yesterday, stood by the meter for a few minutes after emptying the well which was full of water, and then said :" You don't have a leak, the meter has not moved at all. " So I will ring Welsh Water later, asked them when they last took a reading, and to adjust my DD accordingly, expecting a credit on my account too.

My Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners battery has gone caput. New, better one now ordered.

I bought one for my Vax as a bit of insurance and two small belts just in case they become unavalable
Cost £49 and just undo two small screws and three small plugs

I've been for another post lurgy bimble, only a few miles at a slow pace. Spent a couple of hours moving topsoil again so I'm a bit knackered and have comitted to a walk this evening. Last months energy bill just landed in my inbox, only used £18 worth of gas as the heating has not needed to go on, just the hot water and occasional gas hob. They've paid me £78 for export so I'm now over £600 in credit which hopefully should see me through the winter🤞
