What time is she hoping for?

She does it for “fun” and raises typically about £500 for Children’s Cancer Charity. We don’t discuss times. It is crazy, and, I don’t understand it, but, she does the whole make-up thing before the start. I think she is fishing for a man. Would certainly save my wallet if she finds one

Have to admit I can’t get my head round it considering the sweaty mess I end up after running. Even the female professional athletes with massive hair, bling jewellery, nails, etc. I would have thought in sports where it can come down to thousands of a second at times, ditching any extra weight would be important.

With 4 daughters, I have come to realise, there are LOTS of things I don’t understand 😊

The main contenders in the cycling won’t be until late afternoon so plenty of time for another walk.

One small toasted flatbread and a coffee was lunch for me today.

Just the 'small portion' lunch today on a large plate. £8.95
The beef is about 1/2" - 3/4 " thick and melts in your mouth.

Mr WD put a film on Hot Fuzz with Simon Pegg. I'm not a fan of his, I've heard he is a bit of a #**£*%&#&. But it wasn't bad.

Still fine rain here.

Did the riverside trail and could hear music in the park so stopped for an hour or so. A brass band and a small pipe band through from Dunblane. Nearly all youngsters and very good. They played a great selection. Sadly the rain arrived at 4.

I felt guilty not having any cash on me for their collection. If I had realised it was on I would have taken some money.

I know exactly what yo mean, I have been caught out a couple of times in that situation.

We stayed a couple of nights at the Crown Inn on the market square in Wells where they filmed Hot Fuzz.
