Bloody scam phone call to the landline supposedly from my bank telling me I had made a couple of large suspicious transactions and press button 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to a caller. Obviously didn’t do this and phoned the number back and it is unrecognised. What a surprise!

I used the mobile and the setting for withholding my number.

I do like ice cream but find it difficult to just have a little!

If I want something sweet I have been having some Fage yoghurt with pineapple chunks. It’s rather nice. I also have melons to eat.

The fact that you pick up the call in the first place tells the computer that phoned you that the number is active. Then as you say it gets sold on to other scammers.

These heavy showers are too unpredictable so I just did an hour group ride on Zwift.
