Good morning all.
The overnight rain has stopped and the sun has come out.
Sainsbury's have delivered the weekly goodies. I feel a pottering around the garden type of day coming on. I might go out on the bike later on though.
I've just had a fresh fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast, including some of yesterday's blackberries. Yum.

Morning all, I don't know how I feel this morning half of me wants to go back to bed, the other half wants to get my arse into gear.
Hoping to get some tests results back today to find out what's the hell is wrong with me.......and will I see Christmass.

Surgery has just phoned me to say my stool results are in and I don't have bowel cancer Phew.....thank God for that

Have they ruled out coeliac disease? It can appear later in life sometimes.
