Morning. Still pitch dark. Feels like yesterday it was the longest day and bright daylight at this time but it was nearly 2 months ago already.

I am back. 2.7 mile walk to warm up then jogged for 4 miles. Sweating as usual so off for a nice soak now. I am looking forward to my breakfast.

It's pleasantly warm with a bit of a breeze.
The washing machine is doing it's stuff, it's a good drying day.
MrsP is out at lunchtime with her ladies who lunch so I will go out on the bike for a while and probably stop at the burrito shack and the Mitre on the way home, before watching the TDF Femmes slog their way up Alp d'huez this afternoon.

Mates from Minehead are coming round at 9.45 and we are all going to our other friends place at Winscombe for a bbq later.

Good morning all, overcast and breezy here, a ‘feels like’ 12 or 13° max.

The Vuelta TT came good in the end, worth the fast forwarding to get to.

Have recently been delving into ITVX, most recent find has been Irvine Welsh’s Crime, it’s a bit of a guilty pleasure, grossly violent and offensive but with amusing bits too. It reminds me of a Hogarth print, distorted and grotesque but authentic too. One of the lead characters comes from Oxgangs, just a mile from here and where MrsFoE went to school.
