I noticed bags of Thai Style sriracha flavour snacks in Aldi so got one to try. Crikey, they are quite hot! 🥵

When I walked along to Aldi I thought it was starting to feel humid. There’s a bit of breeze coming in the house at the moment though so not feeling too bad. I’m browsing and watching the men’s triathlon at the same time.

Just popped up to the pharmacy to pick up some Beechams all in one for Mrs Tkk who is lurgified, then went in to M&S for a couple of things. An impulse purchase was a four pack of Guinness Zero as I have heard good things about it. Really surprised to find that the same age restrictions apply to zero alcohol beers.

Just be pleased you were asked to verify your age.......

Why am I working shard in this heat, spreading 1 ton of slate chippongs at the front of the house. I am sweating buckets here and have to have a sit down every 10 minutes. Should be finished tonight though

Lunch had and I can hear the bin lorry. When I bring it in I’ll see how warm it is feeling and decide if I want another walk.

Been playing with dents all morning, just popped home and had a couple of Weetabix for lunch.

Been out on my bike, an absolutely glorious morning. Did a mixed road/off road 30 miles, all the paths are dry and rideable again. Returning via one of the reservoirs its ‘beach’ was already filling up with sunbathers, not something you ever saw before the pandemic.

So the nurse came off the phone to say there is no date for my scan.
Less than one minute later there was a trolley to take me for the scan anyway it's all done now.
