We generally spend around £600 a month in local pubs. That's not excessive.......is it?

I blow my tyres up on my turbo trainer, there were cobwebs on the spokes
I had a little play on it but the saddle was too hard for me as I only had my thin shorts on
maybe later when I get my cycling shorts out

I'm struggling about with a walking stuck. Plantar faciitis AND a knackered achilles tendon. It hurtiddleyurts.

That was the diagnosis I got.

The Podiatrist described it as an "over use injury".

I was told to;

stop the Plantar Fasciitis exercises I had been doing
minimise walking and no cycling. (I didn't do jogging, so, no mention of that.)
inserts in shoes, slippers etc as you describe
wear stout shoes

I had 6 months of the "minimum use" routine. It is UK now, just the occasional twinge.

I don't drink, but I don't even spend that amount on food...........in three months
