Good Morning one and all ( I think I'm being influenced by @Paulus mention of writing his FOB speech )
Today is our walking group, black bin day and veg box delivery. Yesterday I made a start on removing a section of decorative stone from part of the garden as we are " rewilding " another section. The bit we did last year looks good and is fairly buzzing with insects and birds.
We've been catching up with Springwatch on iPlayer and are nearly up to date, it's great that both locations are just a bike ride away 😎

I've just arrived at Edgware general, 5.5 miles and I'm overly warm. I put a long sleeve Jersey on but the weather is quite sunny and warming up.

Absolutely hissing down here and not far off mid-summer day - summer has deserted us this year. Virtually relentless wet weather since September last.

VERY depressing tbh and I'm completely demotivated to do anything at all.

Should've had a duvet day.

I got a walk done. It would be nice here if it wasn’t so windy. I had to shut the windows a bit as the blinds were getting battered.

Just back from our walk which was followed by a pint of " Cowcatcher " 🍺 , time for a sandwich.
