Never tried ginger ale. Is it alcoholic ? TBH it doesn't sound nice but, as I say, I have never tried it .

Ginger ale in non alcoholic usual used as a mixer with whisky ect, as I don't drink I just like it as a nice cool drink

Sunny but really quite windy here so I hopped on the Wattbike. I’ve swapped back to Rouvy from Zwift for a change. It’s nice seeing proper scenery rather than Zwift’s computer generated worlds. I was in Switzerland

I've just had a phone call from Edgware general hospital saying that they have a cancellation and could I come tomorrow morning for a referral orthopedic appointment for my arthritic knee. Not bad, I've only been waiting for the initial appointment since February.
I'll have to cycle over there, but it will kill two birds.
Happy days.

So, Monday & Tuesday, it's TCV volunteering. Wednesday, I've now put my hand up for volunteering at a cat sanctuary. Thursday it's exercise day; Pilates then Yoga. Oh, Friday is my 'free day'.
Who said retirement is boring is a fibber - !
