Rain, wind,cold and horrible here, off to Skeggy for some chips.

Right. Bedding has been washed ready for the drier.
Dishes washed (by hand)
Dish washer partly emptied but had to sit down for a short while.
Am I a good boy or what !!!

We got some potato waffles for when our granddaughter has a sleepover. It's the first time that I've tried them and they're a bit like having chips. Spelling out her initial using baked beans in the relevant holes was entertaining 😎

It’s been years since I’ve had waffles, but I remember enjoying them. I might try them again.

I have half a box of waffles left.....they are very nice.
I bought a tin of beans with mini sausages and that will make a good meal.

Salut tout le monde. Very nice day weather wise so will cut the grass later. I expect the rest of the furniture will come today, usually between 11.50 and 1.50 so I will go to Lidl to stock up on essentials shortly, before Mrs G and Molly come home on Monday.
While I am out, I will also refuel the car, ready for the drive on Monday.

Good morning all.
I've been awake since 5am, so a very early dog walk was done just as it was getting light but it's very cloudy, damp and miserable today, quite a cold breeze blowing and drizzling. Proper rain forecast for later.
I'm not getting the bike out today, but getting the bus to Borehamwood to go to Morrisons, which seems the only place to get Greens Quick jel for a strawberry flan MrsP is cooking tomorrow when our friends come round. Non of the other shops stock it now.
